The Swiss pump manufacturer CP Pumpen AG was assessed by InfraServ GmbH & Co. Knapsack KG, one of the leading industrial service manufacturers in Germany, and received the supplier status “A” due to outstanding product quality and reliability.

Lately rewarded with a silver award for superior Corporate Social Responsibility, CP Pumpen already gets the next decoration – the supplier status “A” at InfraServ GmbH & Co. Knapsack KG. Thereby, CP, located in Zofingen, shows once again its qualities as a manufacturer of high-graded magnetic driven centrifugal pumps for the process industry as well as its reliability as a supplier and business partner.

As service suppliers specializing in plant planning, construction and operating, InfraServ GmbH & Co. Knapsack KG is a driving force in the process industry. Already last year, after a test run, InfraServ Knapsack decided to award a contract of over 30 magnetic driven process pumps for the expansion of Bayer AG’s crop protection plant to CP Pumpen. Compared with conventional pump models, CP Pumps’ superiority in reliability and stability was a crucial factor in the decision. CP’s compact design with virtually no dead areas as well as just a few components facilitates assembly and keeps the costs of spare parts, maintenance, and service to a minimum. CP’s seal-less, stainless steel magnetic drive chemical process pumps, developed for the high demands of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries, have a worldwide unique pump design. With their special design using an inverted drive configuration, the pumps require no plain bearing carrier. They have a centrally located impeller bearing assembly, which receives optimal lubrication and cooling from the pumped fluid. Thereby, they enable the optimum handling of solids-laden fluids.
