POKOLM’s new Doubletriga features cutting edge design with maximum efficiency

With Doubletriga, the engineers from POKOLM – the East Westphalian specialist for premium tools in the field of milling technology – are providing users with a genuine universal genius made with a cutting edge design. Six robust cutting edges per insert guarantee maximum efficiency. On top of that, the advanced geometry guarantees high milling rates and excellent finish quality at the same time. High feed rates of up to fz 1.5 mm are possible. The full periphery-ground cutting inserts with robust cutting edge profiles and an effective corner radius of 3 mm are installed with positive locking and feature a positioning groove to avoid twisting.

The new DOUBLETRIGA milling systems in the diameter range of 32 mm to 80 mm are available with a screw-on connection and as shell-type mills. All tools feature an internal coolant supply for maximum process reliability and reliable chip extraction.
