SWISSBAU 2024: “Sustainable office design is adaptable”

The theme of this year’s Swissbau, taking place from January 16 to 19, 2024, in Basel, is “Building Future Together.” At the leading trade fair for the construction and real estate industry, architects, engineers, specialized planners, and craftsmen in Switzerland can explore the latest innovations, trends, and solutions in the field.

“For us as office furniture manufacturers collaborating closely with interior designers, Swissbau serves as a welcome kickoff to an eventful exhibition year themed ‘HERE.NOW.NEXT.’ Our goal is to engage even more with project planners, interior designers, and architects in 2024, seeking common ground. Stichel states that the premium manufacturer will showcase its latest product developments in January, reflecting the increasing integration of work and private life, gaining greater relevance across all areas. “At the beginning of the year, we present our space-structuring and homely shelving system ACTA.PRO and the soft-seating program WAVE. Both furnishing solutions are highly versatile, adaptable, and particularly sustainable. We firmly believe that sustainable office design must be adaptable, meaning it can be used for various requirements and can be rebuilt and redesigned prospectively.”
