The positive displacement pump was developed by the global specialist in handling complex media for industrial applications with the highest requirements for flow, pressure and media diversity.

1. Constant performance regardless of pressure

The TORNADO® T1 XXLB-F rotary lobe pump impresses with its pressure-stable characteristic curve, which ensures a consistent delivery rate even with varying system pressures. Unlike centrifugal pumps, whose efficiency depends heavily on operation at the best efficiency point (BEP), the rotary lobe pump operates efficiently across a wide range of delivery volumes. The volume flow is precisely controlled via the speed, without energy-intensive throttling losses. The TORNADO® T1 XXLB-F therefore offers you significantly higher operational reliability and efficiency, especially in applications with fluctuating operating pressures or uncertain pressure design.

2. Powerful with tough and solids-laden media

The new size is suitable for pumping highly viscous liquids such as oils, lubricants, or chemicals. Even with solids or fibre-laden media such as wastewater and sludge, it operates reliably and independently of the viscosity of the pumped medium. This makes the TORNADO® T1 XXLB-F a robust and powerful solution for demanding pumping tasks. With a rotary lobe pump, you can sustainably increase your plant’s efficiency. Delivery volumes of up to 1,400 m³/h are no problem.

3. Safe and gentle pumping

Sensitive liquids such as foodstuffs, pharmaceutical products or chemical reagents place special demands on the pumping process and the pumps used.
