Drilling and bentonite sludge – SUMA Power in action

SUMA products were used here for the recycling concept of this plant. The proven SUMA combination of the EV3 suspension device and our OPTIMIX 2G submersible mixer was installed. The mixing blade was tempered accordingly.

Drilling and bentonite sludge is stirred in the 15 x 8 m concrete tank before being pressed and recycled. The next steps in the process chain are the extraction of sand and gravel and the extraction of flocculated material until, in the final step, clear water can be collected in a storage tank.
