E-world energy & water 2014 with positive development

The E-world energy & water will again become the meeting place of the international energy industry from 11 to 13 February 2014. The European leading fair of the energy and water industries with a flanking congress is being held at Messe Essen for the 14th time. After the record event last year with 22,160 visitors and 610 exhibitors for the first time, some 80% of the exhibition space for the coming event has already been booked. The E-world is also becoming increasingly interesting for industrial companies which are discovering the fair and have already submitted inquiries for 2014. In previous years, well-known companies from this sector, for example Siemens, General Electric, ABB, Bosch, Schneider Electric, Weidmüller, WAGO and Phoenix Contact, were present.

The entire hall 4 is being made available to the growing business field of “smart energy” for the second time. A trade forum supplements the highly promising exhibition area with panel discussions and specialised papers on current market issues. “The joint stand, smart energy, has been a popular and well-frequented meeting place of the industry at the E-world for five years. Starting with a stand of 500 m² in size, we are now presenting our exhibitors with exclusive areas in the smart energy theme world, which takes up the whole hall. The positive development of the joint stand shows the trend of the industry which we are glad to follow,” explains Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of con|energy agentur, which, together with Messe Essen, has been organising the E-world energy & water for 11 years.

The E-world energy & water is the driving force of the industry and, as the European leading fair, focuses on current topics of the energy and water industries. Services and products from the sectors electricity, gas and water industries, power technology and energy efficiency will be presented. Experts and decision-makers will be providing information and discussing in the flanking three-day E-world Congress.
