New module from the WSP range and flat roof system WINAICO

The company has expanded the solar panel range to include a 260W module. Through the use of the 3-bus-bar technology the mono crystalline module WSP-260M6 is able to attain a high output of 260W. Each equipped with 60 ultra-efficient mono crystalline 156 x 156 mm solar cells, the modules attain superb energy yields due to the use of high quality semiconductor silicon. WINAICO provides a product guarantee on all modules from the WSP range of 10 years, as well as a performance guarantee of 25 years. Two years of insurance protection is also included with the purchase of the WINAICO modules. It is possible to extend this to a total of ten years under economical conditions.

Additionally, WINAICO is also presenting the innovative flat roof system WINAICO Simplest for the first time. The system, produced in aluminum, is ideal for flat roofs with minimal load-bearing capacities or large span widths. Just one tool is required for the complete system installation. This enables extremely simple and rapid installation. With cut-outs such as skylights or ventilation grills it is possible to individually tailored the subframe. Simplest is suitable for roofs with angles of up to 4 degrees. With severe angles the installation of an anti-slip device is required. Up to wind load zone 3 inland and a building height of 25 meters no increased loading is required. The system is available in combination with the high performance modules from the WINAICO Solar Panel range. With row spacing of 40cm the WSP-230P6 modules achieve a loading of 15kg/m2 and with a 10° elevation outputs of 100 W/m2. This means up to 44% greater output per square meter than a south-facing PV system elevated 15°. The system comes with a 5 year product guarantee.

Naturally the C Batch solution provides all the features you would expect from traditional PC-based batch control software yet expands on this by enabling the execution of state-transition algorithms for individual phases. This extends the notion of super states to improve the abstraction level and simplify programming, in short it makes it easier to implement and react to changes within the process. Further, the configurable behavior related to propagation of holding transition from phases to recipe and vice versa provides flexible    manipulation, while the recipe versus physical model consistency check increases safety.

In addition the scaling of recipe parameters and consequently scaling of production batches is key to improving flexibility. And because C Batch is PAC-based, batch cycle times are minimized and deterministic speed of execution optimized, helping to improve productivity.
