Ammeraal Beltech’s extensive and industry-leading portfolio of process and conveyor belts were on display at the company’s ‘one stop belt shop’ at IPACK-IMA 2015.

For the first time combining its presence at the Fieramilano with partner exhibitions focused on the meat, fruit, and dairy markets, as well as well as converting, package printing and label print, IPACK-IMA is, says Ammeraal Beltech’s External Communications Manager Marc Maisonneuve, “an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate our belting innovations, and our associated world-class service platform, to potential OEM and end-user markets in the food sector.”

Innovations on show

Launched at the show was the new Food Grade Rapplon® elastic belts range. A key product offering for the food market included the highly-flexible, premium-quality, food-safe Premium Ropanyl belts. Ammeraal Beltech also featured their new modular uni ULB Ultra Light Belt and the uni OSB Open Spiral Belts – a market-leading range of open spiral modular belts.

‘Helping you bake it better’

Ammeraal Beltech’s Giuseppe Allais also spoke in the exhibition’s Innovation Corner on May 21st on the subject of ‘helping you bake it better’ with the company’s solutions for the bakery sector.

65th Anniversary celebration

‘IPACK-IMA will also be an appropriate opportunity for us to launch our 65th Anniversary celebrations as a company’, adds Marc Maisonneuve. ‘Ammeraal Beltech was founded in 1950 by Dutchman Thomas Ammeraal, who invented an endless woven conveyor belt for the biscuit industry. Although now a global leader in belting solutions, and after 65 years of growth and development, we are still very passionate about remaining close to our customers while helping them with their belting challenges’.
