The presses from REIS achieve maximum accuracy in pressure distribution for instance by cast box profiles and clamping plates which, compared with welded steel sections, transfer the forces with higher precision and are extremely free from distortion.

The movable platen achieves 0,04 mm as horizontal positioning accuracy and the perfect plane parallelism of the two clamping platens is in the range of +/- 0,1 mm / 1000 mm.

Ergonomic working is not only guaranteed by very comfortable operation with continuous joystick regulation for pressure and speed, but also by the possibility to swivel out the upper die half by 180°, in order to facilitate modifications to the upper die half.

Furthermore, in comparison with competitor products, the passage between columns is considerably larger and this in turns allows bigger molds. For a TUS 300 this means up to 450 mm more!

With eight different spotting presses REIS covers all requirements in mold construction – and this though molds especially in the automotive sector tend to become ever larger. The clamping surfaces range from 800 x 1100 mm to 4000 x 3000 mm. A closing pressure of up to 4000 kN is possible.
