Rollon: Telescopic slides at an outstanding level

With the new telescopic slides of the Telerace Plus family, Rollon is taking its portfolio of linear guides to a new level. The innovative roller telescopes with double-row ball bearings impress with self-alignment, modular stroke and durability. The linear technology specialist is thus continuing the successful portfolio expansion and revision of its products.

The new Telerace Plus is designed primarily for use in automation applications where high cycle counts, long operating times and low maintenance are critical. The unique telescopic slides, feature rollers with double-row ball bearings that allow vertical and variable strokes. The modular stroke offers flexibility in design and use. Thanks to its self-aligning capability, the Telerace Plus simplifies the entire automation project, improves performance and reduces the overall cost of the application. The linear guide can be mounted on any mounting surface and is capable of compensating for angular errors up to ± 2.7° and spacing errors up to 1.6 mm.
The Telerace telescopes are available in six versions with double-row and single-row ball bearings, in various geometries, sizes and materials as well as with different surface coatings. The TLN and TQN versions, which are not part of the Plus family, have also been redesigned with optimised wipers and end limits in the Rollon look.
