The D4-800-2/1100-2/1300-2 robots – ideal for pick and place processes with high speeds – have an improved design.

The robot base plate is stiffer allowing better performance. The lightweight arms are redesigned and stronger. Furthermore the spring package has been modified. The springs are easier to mount and less subject to wear. The new covers have better sealing, are easier and faster to mount, and are visually more appealing.

All together these big improvements make this robot line brand new while still offering the dependability and quality of our traditional D4 delta pick & place robots.
